CIANA’s interns and volunteers are vital to ensuring the success of our programs and operations.  We are proud to have collaborated with interns from diverse cultural backgrounds and believe that our strength lies in this diversity.

We are always looking for highly motivated people of all backgrounds to support our mission and work.  Our internships and volunteer positions provide a challenging and substantive work experience, expandig skills and understanding of the needs of New York City’s ever-growing immigrant population.

Interns and volunteers perform many of the same tasks and frequently work with staff and management on a wide range of projects and programs.

We are currently accepting applications in the following areas:

1. Administrative support
2. Grant Writing / Development
3. Community Outreach
4. Public Relations
5. IT / Website Management
6. Translation / Interpretation (Bengali, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic & Spanish)
