Our Healthy Families program was initiated in July 2009 and serves community members residing in Long Island City, Astoria, Steinway, and Hunters Point. It seeks to promote family stability and well-being, provides families with counseling and case management within their own neighborhoods, and refers them to the appropriate services that meet their identified needs.
