    Case Manager

    Umaima serves as a Case Manager in the Child Welfare Preventive Services program providing case management services to immigrant families from Bangladesh.

    Umaima graduated from Dickinson College with a BA degree in Psychology. She has experience in mentoring services and in youth development activities. She participated in an Alternative Spring Break program where she served as a mentor at a Native American reservation in Arizona, and interned at Dickinson College’s Office of Community Service creating service opportunities for Dickinson students with local organizations. She also completed an internship with the Arlington Diocese Migration and Refugee Services where she provided resettlement assistance to newly arriving Iraqi and Afghani refugees. Umaima also served as the President of the South Asian Student Association at Dickinson College. Umaima is fluent in Bengali.
