We want to thank the Brunswick School Computer Science Club, led by volunteer tutor Michael del Toro and assisted by fellow tutor Ajay Bagaria, for fundraising for CIANA's afterschool programs on November 4. We’re moved to see rising college students supporting the next generation of learners.
Michael has been a tutor at CIANA since June 2020, and Ajay began tutoring this past May. Both tutor at our Elementary Afterschool program, where Ajay focuses on helping students with their math skills. Michael also leads STEM activities at our Middle School program.
The Brunswick School is an all-boys independent school in Greenwich, Connecticut. Since CIANA’s afterschool programs have been mostly virtual since the start of the pandemic, tutors from all over the U.S., and a number of other countries as well, have been able to help out in our programs.
Thank you again Michael and Ajay for setting an example of generosity and support, especially as we head into the holiday season.
